This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide fully remote outpatient therapy services.
• Work with lower to moderate acuity populations, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals.
• Make autonomous treatment decisions based on evidence-based practices.
• Establish your schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines.
• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network to connect with psychiatrists.
• Prioritize patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Must be an independently licensed therapist with an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or a comparable license.
• Hold an active, unrestricted license.
• Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding California, New York, and Massachusetts.
• Comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and capacity for independent decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.
• Preferred experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.
• Desired experience with structured, skills-based methodologies such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
• Capable of practicing independently without supervision.
• Not seeking supervision toward licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private-practice arrangement.
• Predictable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits.
