This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy services.
β’ Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.
β’ Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
β’ Maintain a steady outpatient caseload with clear, transparent objectives.
β’ Make autonomous treatment decisions utilizing evidence-based clinical methods.
β’ Collaborate with psychiatrists via the in-house referral network.
β’ Practice independently while receiving consultation and support from accessible clinical leadership.
β’ Concentrate on patient care, as operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
β’ Must be an independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or an equivalent qualification.
β’ Hold an active, unrestricted license.
β’ Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding CA, NY, and MA.
β’ Capability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills.
β’ Comfort with practicing in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.
β’ Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments (highly desired).
β’ Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired).
β’ Ability to practice independently without supervision.
β’ This role is not intended for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or those looking to establish a fully self-directed 1099/private practice.
