Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Address lower to moderate acuity cases, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.

• Conduct 60-minute initial assessments and follow-up sessions.

• Maintain a steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.

• Make autonomous treatment decisions adhering to evidence-based practices.

• Establish your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.

• Coordinate referrals with on-site psychiatrists.

• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support.

• Concentrate on patient care as Talkiatry handles scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license.

• Hold two or more independent and active state licenses, with the exception of CA, NY, and MA.

• Capability to practice independently without supervision.

• Comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload.

• Possess strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.

• Experience in outpatient care, community mental health, hospitals, IOP, or other structured clinical environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly desired.

• Not seeking supervision for licensure or a completely self-directed 1099/private practice setup.
