Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote outpatient therapy services

• Work with lower to moderate acuity populations, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD

• Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and follow-up therapy sessions

• Maintain a steady outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals

• Make autonomous treatment decisions based on evidence-based practices

• Establish schedule and weekly availability in line with operational guidelines

• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for guidance and support

• Collaborate with psychiatrists through an in-house referral network

• Prioritize patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed therapist with independent credentials: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent

• Possess an active, unrestricted license

• Hold two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding CA, NY, and MA

• Capable of practicing independently without supervision

• Comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments (highly desirable)

• Familiarity with structured, skills-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desirable)

• Not looking for supervision towards licensure

• Not aiming to establish a fully self-directed 1099/private practice

• Willingness to collaborate as part of the Talkiatry team
