Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Address lower to moderate acuity client populations, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.

• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute intake assessments and follow-up sessions.

• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.

• Make autonomous treatment decisions adhering to evidence-based standards.

• Establish your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.

• Facilitate referrals to and from psychiatrists.

• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support.

• Concentrate on patient care while operational teams manage administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or a comparable credential.

• Hold an active, unrestricted license.

• Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding CA, NY, and MA.

• Capability to manage a steady outpatient caseload.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and capacity for independent decision-making.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments (highly preferred).

• Familiarity with structured, skills-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly preferred).

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

• Not pursuing supervision towards licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private practice setup.
