This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy services
• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, such as those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD
• Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and follow-up sessions
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear, transparent objectives
• Make autonomous treatment decisions in alignment with evidence-based practices
• Establish your schedule and weekly availability adhering to operational guidelines
• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support
• Collaborate through an internal referral network that connects with psychiatrists
• Prioritize patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment within a structured outpatient framework
• Must be an independently licensed therapist with an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
• Hold an active, unrestricted license
• Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding CA, NY, and MA
• Capable of managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting
• Able to practice independently without the need for supervision
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments (highly desired)
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired)
• Not suitable for clinicians seeking supervision towards licensure or planning to establish a fully self-directed 1099/private practice
• Predictable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits

• Minimal administrative responsibilities in a fully remote setting

• Tenure-based salary increases after 2 years
