This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy services
• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD
• Conduct initial and follow-up sessions lasting 60 minutes each
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent goals
• Make autonomous treatment decisions
• Establish your schedule and weekly availability in accordance with operational guidelines
• Employ evidence-based clinical practices
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through an internal referral network
• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support
• Concentrate on patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Must be an independently licensed therapist with an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or a comparable license
• Hold an active, unrestricted license
• Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, excluding California, New York, and Massachusetts
• Capable of managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting
• Able to practice independently without supervision
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly preferred)
• Not seeking supervision for licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private practice arrangement
• Predictable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits
