This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy services.
β’ Provide treatment for lower to moderate acuity populations, encompassing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.
β’ Conduct 60-minute intake assessments and follow-up sessions.
β’ Maintain a steady outpatient caseload with clear, transparent objectives.
β’ Make autonomous treatment decisions.
β’ Establish your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.
β’ Adhere to evidence-based practices.
β’ Collaborate with accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support.
β’ Coordinate referrals with in-house psychiatrists.
β’ Prioritize patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
β’ Provide care without responsibilities for inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
β’ Must be an independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
β’ Hold an active, unrestricted license.
β’ Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, except for California, New York, and Massachusetts.
β’ Ability to practice independently without supervision.
β’ Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
β’ Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
β’ Adaptable to a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment.
β’ Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings is highly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with structured, skills-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly preferred.
β’ This role is not intended for clinicians seeking supervision towards licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private practice.
