This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide fully remote outpatient therapy services.

• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.

• Conduct 60-minute intake evaluations and follow-up sessions.

• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear and transparent objectives.

• Make autonomous treatment decisions.

• Establish your schedule and weekly availability within operational parameters.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical methodologies in practice.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists through an in-house referral network.

• Work independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support.

• Concentrate on patient care while operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed therapist: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Possess an active and unrestricted license.

• Hold two or more active independent state licenses, excluding California, New York, and Massachusetts.

• Ability to practice autonomously without supervision.

• Comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills.

• Adaptable to practicing in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient setting.

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly desired.

• Not seeking supervision for licensure or a completely self-directed 1099/private practice arrangement.
