This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy services
• Address lower to moderate acuity populations, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD
• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up therapy sessions
• Maintain a steady outpatient caseload with clearly defined, transparent goals
• Make autonomous treatment decisions adhering to evidence-based practices
• Establish your schedule and weekly availability in accordance with operational guidelines
• Facilitate referrals to and from psychiatrists through the internal referral network
• Operate independently while having access to clinical leadership for consultation and support
• Prioritize patient care as operational teams manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
• Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Hold an active, unrestricted license
• Possess two or more independent and active state licenses, with the exception of CA, NY, and MA
• Capability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload effectively
• Strong clinical judgment, communication abilities, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced yet sustainable outpatient environment
• Previous experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other organized clinical settings is highly preferred
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly desired
• Ability to practice independently without supervision
• Not looking for supervision toward licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private practice setup
• Predictable W-2 compensation along with comprehensive benefits
