This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver field training to Orthofix sales representatives and distributors regarding the usage and promotion of Orthofix devices.
• Educate healthcare providers in clinical and office environments.
• Aid in the training, development, marketing, and effective use of existing and new distribution channels.
• Provide support to sales representatives and distributors through territory analysis.
• Serve as a point of contact with the Order to Cash team, which includes Order Entry, Insurance Administrators, Appeals, Patient Care Billing, Customer Service, National Accounts, and Corporate Accounts.
• Act as the expert in bone growth stimulation and engage in consultative sales activities.
• Enhance technical and sales skills while keeping up-to-date with the Orthofix stimulation market and products.
• Follow directives from the Director of Training and Education.
• Maintain communication with the Director of Training and Regional Vice Presidents regarding territory analysis, sales status, challenges, support, and sales initiatives.
• Assist sales representatives and distributors during physician-office and hospital-account visits in collaboration with Territory Managers.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating sales staff.
• Facilitate annual product certification processes.
• Participate in home-office and online training sessions and engage in sales training programs as required.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration, National Accounts, and Corporate Accounts.
• Keep records in accordance with company policy.
• Comply with Orthofix Integrity Advantage compliance guidelines.
• Must reside near a major airport.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DME bone stimulation.
• Familiarity with third-party billing processes.
• In-depth understanding of insurance guidelines, Medicare, and self-pay options.
• Awareness of the bone growth stimulation market along with product features and benefits.
• Outstanding technical expertise in product knowledge and application.
• Capability to present and explain clinical data to individuals or larger audiences.
• Proven success and stability in a related medical sales role or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in training, coaching, and motivating team members based on their individual needs.
• Strong sales coaching abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to effectively adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to lift and transport products, literature, and training materials regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% via plane, car, etc.
• Daily requirements include bending, stooping, turning, and standing.
