Test Support Operations Associate – English, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Prepare for forthcoming Casper assessments and ensure all preparations are in place.

• Oversee testing activities and address any issues that may arise.

• Investigate and resolve operational challenges within the defined scope, escalating when necessary.

• Assist with retakes and address other applicant needs related to testing.

• Gradually take greater responsibility for daily test operations, from preparation to post-test follow-up.

• Acquire knowledge and support operational processes for new assessment experiences.

• Identify recurring challenges, ambiguous processes, and unnecessary steps.

• Maintain operational documentation that is clear, accurate, and beneficial.

• Thoughtfully utilize AI and other tools to enhance efficiency, clarity, and consistency in recurring tasks.

• Collaborate with Operations - Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Help ensure the successful completion of Casper tests while providing applicants with a fair and consistent experience.

• Professional proficiency in both English and French.

• Must be a Canadian resident with valid work authorization.

• Ability to remain organized, track details, adhere to processes, manage competing priorities, and follow through on tasks.

• Comfortable in gathering information, solving problems, and recognizing when to seek assistance or escalate issues.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent and thoughtful communication skills.

• Proficiency in using AI tools, or a proactive approach to developing this skill.

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn are important traits.

• Good judgment and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Openness to feedback and new concepts.

• Interest in enhancing processes.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with team members.

• Previous experience in test or assessment operations is not mandatory.
