Test Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish testing processes and documentation in collaboration with project partners.

• Determine test objects for evaluation.

• Maintain daily communication with stakeholders.

• Oversee test teams and processes across various organizations, including the planning, coordination, and execution of testing.

• Assess and confirm resource planning for testing activities.

• Review detailed testing schedules and synchronize plans with the Project Manager.

• Monitor preparation, execution status, and testing progress using JIRA.

• Address critical issues and assess associated risks.

• Manage defects by balancing their priority, criticality, resolution plans, and workarounds for known open defects.

• Collaborate with test and integration teams to set up testing environments and produce test cases and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Test Management.

• Proficient in test planning and coordination, covering cycles, resources, and environments.

• Familiarity with test governance, defect management, and reporting practices.

• Experience with Agile testing methodologies, Scrum, CI integration, and the Definition of Test.

• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business domains.

• Knowledge of ISTQB-based testing methodologies.

• Proficient in using test management tools and automation frameworks.

• Background in project management and ITIL practices.

• Proven experience in managing test teams.

• Strong communication skills in German at C1 level and in English at B2 level.

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is a plus.

• Experience with cloud solutions is advantageous.
