Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish testing automation strategies and methodologies for UI, backend, and data-driven applications.

• Develop robust, quick-response, and maintainable testing automation frameworks and methodologies.

• Design and evaluate test cases and test automation suites to enhance test coverage.

• Provide mentorship to test engineers in utilizing testing automation frameworks and methodologies.

• Lead proof of concept initiatives and facilitate the implementation of testing automation frameworks and methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Development team and work closely with a prominent client's IT team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional IT experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in testing automation patterns and frameworks (UI, backend, and data-driven).

• Proficiency in Java, Java/TypeScript, and ideally Python.

• Familiarity with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.

• Proven experience in the development and maintenance of testing automation frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in the creation and upkeep of testing automation suites.

• Background in integrating automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines and leveraging results as quality assurance and promotion criteria.

• Experience in incorporating testing automation suite outcomes into test management tools.

• Skilled in managing complex enterprise system integrations.

• Knowledgeable in agile software development and testing practices.

• Proficient in English communication.
