Software Development Engineer – Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated testing throughout the entire stack.

• Incorporate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Create testing strategies for non-deterministic systems, including outputs from LLMs, agents, and AI functionalities within clinical workflows.

• Detect edge cases, race conditions, and compliance issues in billing and scheduling processes.

• Work collaboratively with engineers during the development of new features.

• Establish the team's testing philosophy and standardize the tools used for testing.

• Assess and enhance testing methodologies for a behavioral health platform that is AI-native.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering or test automation (preferably 8 years or more).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning about behavioral health workflows.

• A high level of ownership and accountability for the quality of customer-facing products.

• Robust engineering principles and a preference for an automation-first approach.

• Interest in or experience with evaluating AI systems.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must indicate if sponsorship for a US work visa is necessary.
