This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Evaluate outcomes from software, hardware, and interoperability assessments
• Ascertain assurance levels of developed capabilities informed by testing outcomes
• Establish the scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample sizes necessary for demonstrating system requirements
• Confirm specifications and requirements for their testability
• Create test plans that align with specifications and requirements
• Provide recommendations based on testing outcomes
• Execute developmental, interoperability, and operational testing
• Document and manage testing data
• Assess, evaluate, and verify hardware and software against established specifications and requirements
• Organize test events and conduct Test Readiness Reviews
• Design data analysis frameworks and establish appropriate testing rigor
• Formulate operations-based testing scenarios and support systems integration testing
• Develop and document comprehensive Test & Evaluation strategies for the program
• Identify requirements for Test & Evaluation infrastructure, including personnel, ranges, tools, and instrumentation
• Oversee test assets, resources, and personnel
• Gather, analyze, verify, and validate testing data
• Create Test & Evaluation plans and reports in compliance with JITC standards
• Convert test data and results into evaluative conclusions
• Design and execute test procedures
• Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform audits and review data and documentation
• Carry out tests and assessments utilizing both manual techniques and automated testing tools
• Inspect, test, and measure data that is produced or consumed
• Document initial findings and compile final test results in formal reports
• Address testing anomalies and errors, inform customers and management, and assist with problem analysis or resolution
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 years of specialized and/or military experience
• Proficiency in one or more areas of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence, and Geospatial Intelligence
• Strong evaluation capabilities
• Excellent report-writing skills
• Secret security clearance
• Capability to read and write automated test procedures and scripts in a currently supported programming language, such as Java or C++
• Familiarity with common testing tools like LoadRunner or Selenium
• Understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of networking security methodologies and risk management processes
• Technical writing experience in accordance with JITC standards
• Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Familiarity with Science Based Test Design (SBTD) methodologies in T&E approaches
• Ability to document, inform, brief, and discuss results
• Related certification in a military intelligence field (SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT) is preferred
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel and participate in outdoor testing or evaluation activities
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs, perform repetitive motions, and occasionally lift as required
