This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services.
• Generate new business through personal outreach and referrals.
• Enhance the customer experience and improve selling skills in key product and service areas.
• Cultivate productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco colleagues.
• Travel frequently and conduct regular face-to-face sales meetings to maintain client relationships and sales performance.
• Lead sales initiatives with designated customers and create strategies to align with business objectives and sales growth.
• Prospect actively to encourage profitable growth and meet sales targets.
• Acquire new buying accounts and forge new customer relationships through cold calling, networking, and other techniques.
• Collaborate with equipment specialists and vendors to identify opportunities.
• Conduct TRA presentations.
• Formulate plans to meet personal and regional targets for company-wide promotions.
• Partner with vendor representatives to gain insights into new products.
• Take part in sales meetings, dental conventions, team-building activities, and sales training sessions.
• Assess client business needs and leverage Benco's offerings with a customer-first mindset.
• Provide precise and comprehensive information regarding dental products and services.
• Stay informed about dental industry trends, market conditions, and product and service offerings.
• Collaborate with regional teammates to achieve customer objectives and address any customer or internal challenges.
• Utilize technology and data tools for sales calls, opportunities, activities, presentations, publications, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Engage in ongoing education to understand Benco's products and the dental sector.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Capability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and motivated while working independently.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Valid driver's license necessary.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Availability for travel related to customers, vendors, teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips.
• Capability to undertake limited overnight travel.
