This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Victaulic’s complete product offerings and articulate how these solutions assist customers in completing projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Attain expertise in grooved mechanical pipe joining techniques as well as competitive alternatives, including welding and flanging.
• Comprehend construction timelines and recognize significant construction, expansion, and retrofit initiatives.
• Track market developments and competitor behavior.
• Engage with local trade organizations and professional groups within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate business strategies, opportunity maps, sales targets, product marketing plans, and growth tactics.
• Oversee project pursuits from their initial phase through design, specifications, drawings, bidding, on-site training, commissioning, and post-sale support.
• Collect quotation details and guide inside sales, engineering, and support teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project proprietors.
• Dedicate quality time with clients, including evenings and weekends for dinners, sporting events, and social engagements.
• Collaborate with distributors and maintain a well-balanced distribution network.
• Coordinate efforts with Victaulic representatives and regional market specialists.
• Identify customer requirements and inform them about product advantages.
• Conduct tool demonstrations and installation training at job sites.
• Present lunch-and-learn sessions to engineers.
• Persuade decision-makers by showcasing product benefits to enhance sales opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior sales experience with "value-added" products/services is preferred—especially in commercial construction, PVF (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips as necessary for the territory.
• Capability to work in adverse weather conditions and manage equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Competitive mindset with the adaptability and resilience to grow the business annually.
• Self-driven and motivated; able to operate remotely with minimal oversight.
• Professional demeanor with confidence, an engaging personality, and strong communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creative thinking abilities.

• Currently authorized for full-time work in the relevant country without the need for employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
