Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive ledger of independent retailers, including paint specialists and DIY stores.

• Take complete ownership of customer service, training, updates to the CRM system, contract negotiations, and the performance of customer sales and margins.

• Establish objectives and development plans based on the opportunities identified within the designated area.

• Act as a reliable partner to both existing and prospective customers.

• Execute promotional strategies and maintain merchandising standards.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Enhance relationships with the customer base.

• Travel frequently throughout the region.

• Proven experience in structured field sales.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and determination to meet targets and expand the customer base.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a flexible approach.

• Capability to cultivate positive relationships with external clients and internal teams.

• Self-driven and well-organized.

• Proficient in IT skills.

• Strong numerical understanding for effective decision-making.

• Prior experience in a field-based sales position managing the entire sales cycle.

• Familiarity with journey planning and formulating action plans.

• Valid full Irish driving license.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

• Capability to submit an application letter and CV in English.
