This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive organic growth to establish new business opportunities and enhance profitability within the region.
• Create a strategic plan to implement sustainable organic growth while maintaining essential connections with each Amcor Division.
• Ensure that Amcor’s comprehensive offerings, products, and services are presented in a cohesive manner to promote the One Amcor initiative.
• Successfully identify solutions that Amcor can offer to foster extensive account relationships at mid to high organizational levels, while being integrated across various functional areas.
• Capability to propel business on a regional or national scale as needed, with travel requirements as applicable.
• Execute and support effective commercial processes (e.g., Salesforce.dom) to ensure transparency and facilitate efficient communication.
• Identify, collaborate with, and cultivate key internal resources (Product Management and Commercialization) as necessary to meet customer growth objectives.
• Align essential Amcor personnel with their customer counterparts to foster strong customer relationships.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the packaging industry or a related field in distribution and manufacturing.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive and successful sales experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business solutions.
• Strong focus on relationship building.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Proficient in computer usage and organizational skills.
• Ability to acquire knowledge of new products and technologies.
• Effective analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong negotiation and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
