Territory Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promote the adoption of point-of-care testing among healthcare professionals in physician offices and hospital markets through approved distribution channels.

• Identify and secure new profitable business opportunities aligned with the regional marketing strategy.

• Develop prospect profiles, cultivate relationships, prepare and deliver proposals, and secure business agreements.

• Enhance the profitability of current accounts by analyzing profitability, product offerings, and service portfolios.

• Present strategic plans to clients and implement solutions effectively.

• Investigate customer issues and direct resolutions or preventive measures to the relevant department or area.

• Collaborate with local leadership to formulate business plans aimed at increasing volume and profitability.

• Suggest pricing structures for both potential and existing clients.

• Follow up and renegotiate contracts upon expiration with the approval of Sales Management and Finance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.

• Manage customer contacts and pipeline using Salesforce.com.

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager as a member of the Southeast Sales Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience is necessary.

• Proficient in PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

• Experienced in using a CRM system to manage business effectively.

• Availability to travel 35% within the designated territory.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Preferred candidates should have five years of successful sales experience in the medical device or a related industry.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
