Territory Manager – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a varied territory that includes Western Sydney, North-West Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie.

• Develop customer relationships and enhance in-store execution.

• Expand Reckitt's presence within the designated area.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.

• Establish distribution and boost shelf share across key categories.

• Implement merchandising strategies, displays, and promotional activities in stores.

• Provide product training and detailing to pharmacy personnel.

• Manage contracts with independent pharmacies and ensure compliance with requirements.

• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to oversee activities and monitor performance.

• Identify growth prospects and achieve sales objectives for the territory.

• Collaborate directly with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Territory Management, Field Sales, or Account Management.

• Background in pharmacy, FMCG, grocery, or retail sectors.

• Strong commercial insight and ability to build relationships.

• Experience in influencing customers and providing product education or training.

• Excellent planning and territory management capabilities.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve success.

• Ability to work independently and remain accountable while operating remotely.

• A valid Australian driver's licence.
