This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Take ownership and expand an existing territory within the Baltimore market.
• Conduct visits to 10–20 accounts each day across the designated area.
• Enhance and maintain current referral relationships while cultivating new business opportunities.
• Recognize high-potential referral sources and formulate strategies for market expansion.
• Utilize targeting and territory management tools to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Spend the majority of the workweek engaging with referral sources and their teams in the field.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare practices and professional referral contacts.
• Organize lunch-and-learn sessions and educational discussions with providers and their staff.
• Inform referral partners about Aeroflow’s services and the support available for practices and patients.
• Address provider inquiries via calls, emails, and texts; manage expectations and provide answers.
• Collaborate with internal Aeroflow partners to enhance referral-source satisfaction and ensure patient success.
• Oversee a dynamic field schedule while balancing field activities, relationship building, follow-up, and administrative duties.
• Employ mobile technology and various business applications throughout the day.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or other relevant client-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven track record of being accountable for measurable goals, quotas, activity expectations, or other performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and fostering new relationships.
• Ability to independently manage time, schedule, and territory effectively.
• Comfort with learning and utilizing common business technologies, such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and similar platforms.
• A dependable vehicle and the capability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift and carry over 20 pounds as required.
• Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Consistent and reliable attendance, meeting the physical demands of the role.
• Flexibility for occasional overnight travel, up to approximately 10% of the time.
• Experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME) is not mandatory.
