This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Generate primary market interest for FUJIFILM Sonosite products through networking, cold outreach, and user education.
• Convince users, departments, and institutions of the benefits of Sonosite hand-carried compact ultrasound systems and tools.
• Provide valuable insights into customer product usage and their definitions of value.
• Assist the company in maximizing customer value while eliminating unnecessary activities.
• Market, demonstrate, and sell hand-carried ultrasound systems within your designated territory.
• Cultivate relationships with key physicians and influential institutions.
• Follow up on sales leads within the territory.
• Create sales opportunities through cold calling and promotional initiatives.
• Manage relationships with both new and existing clients using a CRM system.
• Maintain sales documentation and adhere to expense budgets.
• Oversee inventory and company assets according to established policies.
• Promote educational initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Attend trade shows as directed by management, anywhere required.
• Employ strategic and consultative sales methods to cultivate sales opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and comprehend customer needs to deliver timely and coordinated product demonstrations.
• Represent FUJIFILM Sonosite with professionalism and work collaboratively through a team-selling approach.
• Proven experience in medical equipment sales.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Experience engaging with physicians, managers, clinicians, and administrators in ED, CCU, OR, Radiology, etc.
• Background in developing new markets.
• Experience managing a high volume of capital equipment sales opportunities.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Previous experience working independently from home.
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Availability to travel on some weekends.
• Preferred experience in ultrasound sales.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and comprehend customer needs.
• High performance against company metrics, such as growth and revenue, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently qualify sales opportunities to close deals effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies across various medical specialties and sales environments.
• Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized and capable of meeting customer and company deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented selling environment.
• Capable of lifting and managing company property in accordance with company policies.
• A BA or BS in business administration, health care administration, or life sciences is preferred.
