This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
• Expand and enhance existing partner relationships.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships within partner organizations.
• Develop joint business plans and long-term strategies for partner development.
• Act as the primary relationship steward for strategic partners.
• Facilitate communication across sales, delivery, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Conduct regular business reviews and executive check-ins.
• Monitor partnership health and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and formalize Enabled Energy's strategic partner program.
• Establish onboarding procedures, engagement models, operational processes, governance frameworks, partner tiers, expectations, and performance metrics.
• Define processes for opportunity identification, registration, account ownership, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
• Develop partnership agreements and commercial frameworks in collaboration with leadership.
• Drive growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
• Coordinate the transfer of opportunities to Business Development representatives.
• Support collaborative pursuit planning and strategic account development.
• Facilitate executive introductions and opportunities for relationship expansion.
• Assist in acquiring new logos through partner channels.
• Maintain records of partner activities and opportunities in Dynamics 365.
• Track the performance of partnerships and their revenue contributions.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor partner performance.
• Communicate progress, opportunities, and risks to executive leadership.
• Expand the strategic partner ecosystem, establish a formal partner program, increase partner-driven pipeline, build executive relationships, and implement consistent reporting within the first 12 months.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, channel management, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in developing and nurturing business relationships.
• Experience in negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
• Strong skills in executive communication and relationship building.
• Ability to create programs, processes, and governance frameworks from scratch.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and organizational functions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Existing connections within the data center, mission-critical, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or commercial real estate sectors are preferred.
• Experience working with strategic partners, consultants, engineering firms, or owner representatives is preferred.
• Background in developing referral, alliance, or partner programs is preferred.
• Understanding of data center operations, energy efficiency, facility infrastructure, reliability, compliance, or capital project environments is preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
