This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Act as the Territory Manager for Northern Italy within the South Europe Sales Team, specializing in medical devices and reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager for South Europe.
• Oversee private clinics and hospitals, with a particular emphasis on operating rooms and delivery suites.
• Facilitate the transition of newly acquired and established products as well as the introduction of new offerings.
• Conduct sales calls to surgeons, management personnel in operating rooms and Labor & Delivery, nursing staff, administration, and office-based clients.
• Operate within both public and private healthcare sectors.
• Articulate the advantages of CooperSurgical products in surgical settings and operating rooms.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders on product support initiatives within the territory.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales and activities.
• Design and execute the territory sales strategy to meet sales and business goals.
• Complete training, examinations, and competency demonstrations related to product and surgical applications.
• Educate physicians, nursing staff, and cleaning and sterilization teams on product usage and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently review information with management.
• Participate in national and regional sales exhibits at congresses when required.
• Submit expenses and related paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Travel overnight as necessary and engage in international travel for training, meetings, and conferences.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
• Familiarity with the Medical Device sector and operating room environments.
• Knowledge of gynecology and women's healthcare is preferable.
• Understanding of the diverse healthcare systems within the Region.
• Familiarity with tender processes.
• Strong foundational sales capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Skill in engaging and motivating clients through product training courses.
• Effective territory management and planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for customer development and acquiring new accounts.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools.
• Fluent in Italian and possess a good command of English (both written and verbal).
• 3–5 years or more of experience in a field sales position within a surgical and/or Labor and Delivery / OR environment.
• Skills in prospecting, stakeholder engagement and mapping, qualification, preparation, demonstration, negotiation, closing, and objection handling.
• A degree, preferably in a business-related or scientific field.
