This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for the territory to fulfill sales volume, market penetration, and profitability goals.

• Collaborate with clinical and sales teams as well as sales leadership in a matrixed structure.

• Identify and leverage sales opportunities by enhancing knowledge and skills regarding Abbott therapies.

• Boost referrals and navigate challenges to therapy adoption.

• Cultivate relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and industry influencers.

• Drive sales revenue through initiatives aimed at eligible patient referrals.

• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.

• Conduct product research and keep an eye on competitor sales, pricing, and offerings.

• Follow up on sales leads, address complaints, and prepare standard reports.

• Develop sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities.

• Coordinate the implant schedules of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.

• Engage with patients up to 50% of the time.

• Manage consigned inventory and oversee fiscal responsibilities in the territory.

• Analyze sales statistics, compile reports, and complete necessary administrative sales tasks.

• Make sales commitments for assigned initiatives and maintain accountability for outcomes.

• Attend trade shows and discuss new product innovations.

• Adhere to FDA regulations, company policies, procedures, and assigned tasks.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.

• Over 8 years of sales experience in the medical device sector.

• More than 4 years of experience in Neuromodulation.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned area.

• Capability and readiness to work on an unpredictable schedule that may change with short notice.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively at various levels and to large groups both inside and outside the organization.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related discipline.

• Preferred: Proven leadership abilities.

• Compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other regulatory standards.
