This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers to maintain and retain current customers.
β’ Identify and capitalize on opportunities to broaden service offerings and enhance customer engagement.
β’ Develop and share strategic customer plans for major clients, detailing opportunities, risk assessments, and strategies for growth and retention.
β’ Cultivate and sustain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking initiatives.
β’ Gain an understanding of customer operations and regulatory needs to create tailored environmental solutions.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer objectives.
β’ Stay updated on company services, business lines, and pricing models.
β’ Provide additional services, such as comprehensive waste stream management solutions, to drive profitable revenue growth.
β’ Use CRM daily for scheduling and documenting activities, following up on leads, and creating opportunities.
β’ Keep an eye on market dynamics and competitive trends.
β’ Prepare Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, Customer Onboarding Forms, reports, and other necessary documentation.
β’ Execute other job-related tasks as assigned or as they arise.
β’ Technical proficiency with a solid understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong skills in delivering presentations.
β’ Capability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing pipelines and tracking performance.
β’ 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing position.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in the waste industry.
