Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz within stores throughout the designated territory.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers by ensuring reliable and high-quality execution.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding company standards.

• Conduct store visits in alignment with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution accurately through DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Facilitate product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving abilities for potential management growth.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Willingness to travel within assigned markets.

• Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.

• Ensure Coverage and Execution Excellence across Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrate confidence in using mobile tools and applications.

• Exhibit adaptability and initiative.

• Possess effective time and task management skills.

• Be physically prepared for the demands of the role.

• Ability to assist in the onboarding process for Merchandisers and Order Writers.
