Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution.

• Provide direct support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the region.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display photographs and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Build and maintain relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and aid in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Develop skills in operations, communication, and problem-solving to prepare for future management opportunities.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Ability to travel within assigned markets.

• Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Ensure coverage and execution excellence across Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Confidence in utilizing mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Exhibit adaptability and initiative.

• Strong time and task management skills.

• Physical readiness for the demands of the role.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist in the onboarding process of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
