Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, dependability, and exceptional execution.

• Assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture photos of displays and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Support the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising activities, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and assist in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Foster operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management opportunities.

• Lift, bend, move products, and comply with safety and vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the resident state.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Capable of traveling across assigned markets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer positions.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.

• Able to follow schedules, document execution, capture display images, and complete coverage tasks with accuracy.

• Adaptable to coverage requirements, seasonal priorities, and unforeseen store challenges.

• Organized and efficient in performing store visits and managing coverage assignments.

• Self-assured in reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Must adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
