Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, dependability, and exceptional execution.

• Provide support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence criteria.

• Document execution by capturing display photos and utilizing DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated strategies.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional activities.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and aid in onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving abilities for potential management roles.

• Carry out physical fieldwork while complying with safety and vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical limits of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is essential.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets is necessary.

• Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Ability to maintain shelf standards, execute product rotation, and manage display setups.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Competent in adhering to schedules, documenting execution, capturing display images, and fulfilling coverage tasks.

• Capable of supporting onboarding efforts and reinforcing foundational skills.

• Ability to follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and company vehicle policies.

• A college degree is preferred.
