Territory Business Manager, Montreal East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Influence and assist CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers in prescribing Dexcom products.

• Educate healthcare professionals on the use of Dexcom products and their integration into practice.

• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows as well as diabetes exhibits.

• Provide product education on Dexcom offerings to pharmacies within the designated territory.

• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and additional departments to drive territory sales growth.

• Enhance Dexcom’s market share and achieve or surpass district/territory sales targets and KPIs.

• Execute Dexcom strategies and track progress towards sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools.

• Attain assigned territory sales targets.

• Fulfill administrative responsibilities as instructed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license, have automobile insurance, and maintain a satisfactory driving record as per company policy.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

• Preferred candidates will have prior medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of sales success.

• Non-medical and pharmaceutical sales experience will also be considered.

• Knowledge of diabetes disease states is advantageous.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• Travel is required: 50 to 75%.
