Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales components of the business.

• Receive training as a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales specialist across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Provide case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room staff and surgeons.

• Help achieve quarterly sales targets through demonstrations, operating room selling activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Manage the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online modules using company software.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following appropriate training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficient in both English and German.

• Driven with a strong work ethic.

• Capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• A degree in sales is advantageous.

• Following appropriate training, fulfill the role of Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as mandated by law.
