This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Drive sales growth and enhance client relationships within the specified region.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or surpass territory objectives.
• Conduct market analysis encompassing industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of radiopharmaceutical product features, benefits, and clinical value.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Record activities and customer information in Salesforce.com.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance enhancement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor industry regulations and communicate pertinent updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic environments.
• Demonstrated experience participating in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
• Proficient in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management.
• Ability to quickly learn and convey complex clinical or technical information.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
