• Review tender documents to comprehend customer requirements and scope.
• Prepare precise and competitive quotations through cost analysis and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical and commercial insights.
• Oversee tender timelines to guarantee high-quality submissions delivered on time.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and play a role in bid/no-bid decisions.
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with bids, contracts, and estimates.
• Maintain organized and compliant documentation, conducting quality checks.
• Engage with customers to clarify their needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance processes and bolster tendering excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and market data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM software.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• High level of attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
