Web Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Independently manage small to medium web projects from initial scoping to final launch.

• Create marketing websites and product experiences.

• Utilize Webflow, WordPress, Strapi, or the appropriate stack for each project during development.

• Collaborate with designers to enhance the quality of deliverables.

• Engage directly with clients regarding estimates, timelines, and project trade-offs.

• Recruit and develop a small team of developers as the company expands.

• Establish and uphold high standards for web development quality.

• Produce visually intricate, technically proficient, and pixel-perfect work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in web development across various platforms and frameworks.

• Capability to select the most suitable technology stack for projects and quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Strong design sensitivity, including considerations for spacing, typography, and motion.

• Enthusiasm for unconventional, visually ambitious projects.

• An AI-native approach to work methodologies.

• Comfortable with direct client interactions.

• A portfolio or personal website is mandatory.

• Recent CTC must be submitted.

• Ability to convey career highlights in 140 characters or less.

• Capability to explain how AI has enhanced your work, including relevant Claude chat and links.

• Ability to discuss the impact of AI on cognitive skills and overall health with real-world examples.

• Position is based in India.
