This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Supervise a team of analysts tasked with the coordination, training, and implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory.
β’ Ensure that applications receive adequate support and that implementations align with organizational standards.
β’ Manage training, troubleshooting, configuration, and resolution of errors for both new and existing applications.
β’ Collaborate closely with end-users and ITS management to design and deploy new features and functionalities.
β’ Work in partnership with designated departments to ascertain user requirements.
β’ Leverage available technologies to create comprehensive interface and conversion specifications.
β’ Suggest various software solution alternatives.
β’ Lead extensive development and implementation projects aimed at introducing new features or enhancements.
β’ Strategize system conversions and detailed interface planning.
β’ Provide direction and project management oversight to analyst teams on various projects.
β’ Mentor, guide, and inspire direct reports.
β’ Oversee daily operations and support activities.
β’ Ensure that team assignments are completed in accordance with project timelines.
β’ Deliver customer service along with ongoing communication, feedback, and follow-through with both customers and colleagues.
β’ An associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in information systems as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager.
β’ Proven ability to mentor, guide, and motivate direct reports by demonstrating best practices.
β’ Capability to oversee daily operations and provide support.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
β’ In-depth knowledge of software and applications.
β’ Basic understanding of relevant technologies is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the business environment and operations.
β’ Keen attention to detail with the ability to monitor processes and maintain system records.
β’ Proficient in presenting and interpreting complex information and effectively communicating with customers or clients.
β’ Skilled in identifying complex issues, evaluating causes and operational impacts, reporting problems, proposing solutions, and resolving issues either independently or collaboratively.
β’ Ability to negotiate and secure necessary resources to implement projects.
