This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the tender and contract team with post-award activities within commercial operations processes throughout EMEA.
• Oversee post-award responsibilities related to tenders, contracts, and specialized projects across EMEA.
• Handle customer inquiries detailed in tenders and collaborate with the Insights and Pricing team.
• Manage and take ownership of the Distributor Agreements process, working closely with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Go to Market, and Commercial Operations leaders.
• Supervise contract maintenance and maintain communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Evaluate the tender pipeline and perform monthly reviews of expired contract modifiers and commercial agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for tender pricing discrepancies and assist in achieving timely resolutions.
• Support and manage customer data portals and other customer platforms utilized across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure tender and contract documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Assist pre-award teams with strategic tenders.
• Monitor and coordinate notifications and communications from the tender portal.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Additional fluency in French, German, Italian, or Dutch would be advantageous.
• Experience in commercial roles such as Sales Support, Tender Coordinator, or marketing.
• Background in project management and contract management.
• Familiarity with fast-paced, multifunctional environments.
• Proficient in Oracle, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to build successful key relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of logical and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Skills in teamwork and relationship-building.
