Temporary HRIS Data Validation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verify employee demographic, employment, organizational, payroll, compensation, and benefits information across various systems

• Conduct record-level and aggregate comparisons to detect discrepancies

• Create and implement reconciliation processes for employee master data

• Investigate and resolve data mismatches, absent records, and quality issues

• Record validation outcomes and maintain audit trails of discrepancies and their resolutions

• Track ongoing data quality metrics and produce reports

• Design and manage validation reports and dashboards

• Generate exception reports that highlight data inconsistencies

• Provide consistent status updates on validation progress, data quality metrics, and remediation efforts

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to uphold data integrity across systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR technology systems

• Over 2 years of experience in HRIS or Data Analytics

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, as well as data analysis and reconciliation methods

• Strong analytical abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Dayforce, Spectrum, or Sage is advantageous
