This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Deliver and communicate information from NexRep’s clients to independent contractors in a live virtual setting.
• Co-facilitate groups for certification.
• Submit daily reports to Operations regarding class progress.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure client policies and procedures are current.
• Develop and revise certification content.
• Collect feedback from contractors to identify emerging trends.
• Conduct refresher sessions on client policies, products, and procedures.
• Implement and assess certification methods.
• Hold one-on-one meetings with contractors who are lagging behind on certification content.
• Assist new contractors during their initial 1–2 weeks of service post-certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on time management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam.
• Reliable and fast internet connection.
• Headset with a microphone is necessary.
• Strong technological proficiency.
• Availability during nights and weekends as required.
• Maintenance of a professional, well-lit, and distraction-free workspace is essential.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be necessary.
• Must be willing to travel to NexRep headquarters at least twice a year and to clients’ locations for business meetings as required.
• NexRep will reimburse travel expenses incurred.
• A dual monitor setup is recommended.
