Temporary Certification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Present and communicate client information to independent contractors in a live virtual setting.

• Co-facilitate certification sessions.

• Complete daily updates to Operations regarding class progress.

• Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure client policies and procedures are current.

• Develop and revise certification materials.

• Collect contractor feedback to identify emerging trends.

• Conduct refresh sessions on client policies, products, and procedures.

• Implement and assess certification methods.

• Meet individually with contractors who are lagging behind in certification content.

• Assist new contractors during their initial 1–2 weeks post-certification.

• Provide essential client content so contractors can deliver services and achieve client objectives.

• Format client content for virtual delivery, making it interactive, enjoyable, and engaging.

• Re-certify existing independent contractors on updated client information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Well-organized and attentive to time management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Must possess a personal laptop or desktop computer with an HD webcam.

• Fast and reliable internet connection.

• Headset equipped with a microphone.

• Strong technological skills.

• Availability during evenings and weekends as required.

• Maintain a professional, well-lit, distraction-free workspace.

• Willingness to travel to NexRep headquarters at least twice a year and to clients' locations for business meetings as necessary.

• Temporary, non-exempt employment status.
