Temp Manager, Business Process & Systems Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and continuously enhance the capabilities of the Reactivate Operating System (ROS) alongside functional teams.

• Assess Salesforce and other business platforms against the requirements of ROS to pinpoint improvement opportunities.

• Convert business and user requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.

• Track and analyze Capability KPIs to uncover performance issues and areas for enhancement.

• Conduct root-cause analysis on process, technology, data, training, and execution challenges.

• Propose enhancements to processes, systems, controls, and ROS requirements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

• Aid in the testing, implementation, and adoption of technological and process changes.

• Create targeted training programs and user support resources.

• Lead cross-functional process evaluations and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business process management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business systems analysis, or a related field.

• Proven track record in assessing and enhancing business processes supported by enterprise technology platforms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar enterprise workflow/CRM platforms.

• Proficient in process mapping, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis.

• Capability to translate business needs into technology and workflow specifications.

• Experience in developing and analyzing operational KPIs.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and facilitation skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Preferred experience with Lean/Six Sigma, enterprise technology transformation, renewable energy, engineering, construction, or other project-based sectors.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
