Senior Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate into growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Oversee the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that analyses should address.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Extract, organize, and analyze data.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Generate insights that enhance key business metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and suggest next steps.

• Propel decisions and implement initiatives through to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous problems and achieving impactful results.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Analytical expertise in SQL or Python.

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
