Principal Specialist, Business Systems – SAP GTS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the existing SAP GTS v11 system.

• Engage in the design, blueprint, construction, testing, and maintenance of the future GTS E4H solution.

• Assist GTS through the Scaled Agile Framework by being part of a dedicated Agile Release Train.

• Take part in detailed design discussions with business stakeholders for backlog refinement and requirements clarification.

• Collaborate with both technical and functional team members from GTS and ECC on system configuration and development tasks.

• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts in partnership with business owners and testers.

• Aid in functionality validation and the resolution of defects.

• Offer hyper-care and sustainment support during the migration of solution changes.

• Work together with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.

• Design and implement GTS solutions that align with the desired RTX model and adhere to industry best practices.

• Provide technical direction for enhancements in Compliance and Customs Management.

• Create and implement management changes linked to business process redesign.

• Communicate system changes and new or improved functionalities to stakeholders.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively and drive successful project completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in GTS or SAP processes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience and education in lieu of a degree.

• At least 3+ years of experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionalities.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.

• At least 2+ years of experience with Restricted Party Screening tools.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience with Exports and Imports for both Self-filing and Broker-filing.

• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting, along with related capabilities.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary to access specific required systems.

• Familiarity with OCR EASE is preferred.

• Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and experience in planning work within an Agile Release Train is preferred.
