Teletherapy Physical Therapist / PTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide care to PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from their homes.

• Administer physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring services.

• Perform six in-person brace fittings, which include patient intake, device fitting, and follow-up, prior to transitioning to the remote caseload.

• Guide patients in the use of knee and lumbar bracing devices.

• Utilize a screening tool to identify potential candidates among the patients you have previously seen.

• Collaborate with PeteDME for managing prescriptions, benefit verification, and necessary paperwork.

• Offer teletherapy consultations and remote monitoring services on a per-visit and per-call basis.

• Operate as an independent contractor alongside your current employment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state of practice.

• Currently employed in home health or another in-home care environment.

• Capable of evaluating and providing appropriate treatment.

• Complete six in-person brace fittings on patients from your existing caseload before initiating teletherapy referrals.
