Physical Therapist / PTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment for PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from their homes.

• Administer physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring in conjunction with knee and lumbar bracing.

• Conduct six in-person brace fittings, which involve intake, fitting, and follow-up, for patients from the therapist’s current caseload.

• Utilize a screening tool to pinpoint eligible candidates within the existing patient base.

• Guide patients on the use of orthopedic bracing devices.

• Perform remote teletherapy visits and monitoring following the completion of six fittings.

• Treat patients who are already on the therapist’s caseload; there is no requirement for sales or referrals.

• Complete a questionnaire detailing your license, practice setting, and caseload information.

• Collaborate with a clinical onboarding specialist throughout the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state in which you practice.

• Currently employed in home health or another in-home care environment.

• Assess and deliver treatment effectively.

• Start with six in-person brace fittings for patients from your existing caseload before initiating teletherapy referrals.

• Must be capable of treating patients remotely through teletherapy visits and monitoring.
