Physical Therapist / PTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide care to PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from the comfort of their homes.

• Administer physical therapy and engage in remote therapeutic monitoring.

• Conduct six in-person fittings for knee and lumbar braces for patients on your existing caseload.

• Carry out the intake process, fitting, and follow-up during brace fittings.

• Guide patients on the use of orthopedic bracing devices.

• Facilitate remote teletherapy sessions and ongoing monitoring.

• Offer treatment to patients already on your caseload; no sales or referral responsibilities necessary.

• Utilize a screening tool to identify suitable candidates from current patients.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working on your own schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state of practice.

• Currently engaged in home health or another in-home care setting.

• Responsible for evaluating and delivering treatment.

• Complete six in-person brace fittings on patients from your own existing caseload before commencing teletherapy referrals.
