Teletherapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual therapy and counseling services to individuals from various backgrounds.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation is maintained.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment.

• Offer care through Array’s HIPAA-compliant platform.

• Establish and sustain a consistent caseload to promote continuity of care and foster long-term therapeutic relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Arizona license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Eligibility for independent practice; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• 1 to 3 years of post-licensure experience required.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable using virtual platforms.

• A private and confidential workspace is necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Residency in the United States is required.

• Must have W2 employee status.
