Bilingual LCSW Clinical Talk Therapist – Synchronous AHPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions within California.

• Provide 30–37 hours of direct counseling services each week, adhering to customer contract productivity requirements.

• Engage in collaborative note-taking during sessions.

• Develop treatment plans along with other necessary documentation.

• Participate in treatment team meetings with the client, as needed.

• Attend weekly meetings with the Synchronous Health team.

• Advocate for participants regarding their clinical needs.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to fulfill customer requirements.

• Implement effective models, techniques, and evidence to assist participants.

• Contribute to communication, outreach, and marketing initiatives, including conference presentations, networking events, and professional organizations.

• Act as the initial escalation contact for participants who express dissatisfaction.

• Report unresolved participant issues to the Operations Manager as a secondary escalation point.

• Stay updated on advancements in clinical care, encompassing both analog and digital methods.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully fluent in Spanish and enthusiastic about working with Spanish-speaking clients.

• Licensed LCSW; the license must allow for unsupervised practice.

• Experience with children is preferred, though not mandatory, and highly desirable.

• Knowledgeable about state telehealth regulations.

• Comfortable utilizing technology for telehealth sessions.

• Ability to establish a therapeutic relationship in a virtual setting.

• Professional and polished virtual demeanor.

• Strong ability to identify indicators for the appropriate level of care to address patient needs.

• Experience in treating a range of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan within an interdisciplinary team.

• Proficient in using technology for administrative and clinical support, including scheduling, notes, chat, and web/app-based interventions.

• Capability to work remotely from a secure, private location; coffee shops are not permitted.

• Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, and a reliable internet connection.

• Required to pass a background check.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
